The Harvey’s Survival Against Hurricane Imma
Finally, the wind and the rain came to a halt. The
families gathered and started to sing while they
awaited the bright sunshine next morning.
Everyone from the community came out to see all
the damage that was down.
They saw a lot of water in the road, pole lines
down and cars overturned.
The Harveys made it back home to check the barn
and their house. They met the animals and saw a
lot of garbage in the yard such as wet hay,
neighbors roof tops and fallen trees.
In their house they met wet furniture and
shattered windows because the roof had blown
off.
