Peter’s Special Soup

Peter was not the only one going to chop wood.

He had co-workers. There were Sam, Jack and
Tommy. They got along fairly well. However, there

was just one problem. Very often, Peter’s lunch

bag would go missing, along with its contents.

Helen, Peter’s wife, would get up at three o’clock

every morning and prepare her husband’s lunch.

She loved her husband and didn’t want him to go

hungry during the long work day.
