They say, “everything’s bigger in Texas” and that is true for

love too! Texas is pictured here with his new owner, Cody,
as they share a loving moment. Texas found his way to his

forever home in May, thanks to Cody! Undoubtedly, they
will share many more love-filled moments just like this for
years to come.

Nico is a very lucky "foster fail"! He was brought in-
to CAS foster Preston's house in June when he came

to CAS with his sister Nyla (next story). Preston's
family had successfully fostered a previous rescue
who they all grew attached to but knew they were-

n't his furever match. Not long after Nico arrived
and settled in with his new human brother and sis-
ter, Preston let us know they all wanted to adopt!

Nyla came to CAS with her brother, Nico, in
June. She spent a couple of weeks with her foster

until being adopted by Joanne, a lifelong dog
owner and animal lover. Joanne and Nyla now

spend all their time together enjoying Summer-
time with their family.
