AN IMAGINARY CITY
ARHA JAIN, VIII /IX
I want a city where no one lives alone,
People live with each other and not in a clone.
Where everyone is real like a shining gemstone
And mothers love every child and not only their own.
I want a city where no one knows bribe,
No one is discriminated against for being a scheduled tribe.
All are happy and gives a good vibe
And the father knows the discipline and manner to inscribe.
I want a city where love is possible,
But hatred and war are impossible.
All have skills and are commendable
And every child knows how to be amiable.
I want a city where there is no unjust law
No one is imperfect even if they have some flaw.
But they don’t fight with their power of paw
And be idols whom people in the ‘real city’ never saw.
