Nature’s Way

Ishika Das, Class 4

The little tree by the old road fence,

Grew in the summer Sun,

"I want to grow tall,

As growing is so much fun".

The little brook running beneath the

bridge,

Babbled and sang all day.
"I want to become a river,

So hastening on my way".

The little bird fluttered, out from its
Sunayana Pan, Class 4 nest,

And flew far across the yard.
"One day I will be a big Bird,
The Tree If each day I try very hard".

I can listen to the tree

Although I am just in class three.
I can listen to what they speak,

People should not cut them as they

are weak.

Their story is full of pain
By cutting them, what do you gain?

They have always been helping you

And this great matter is not new.

They are the means of our survival Ahili Saha, Class 3
So, our help to them is vital.
