Peace reigned In the Kuwait desert throughout the
year. One of the very few parte of the world about which
this statement can be truthfully made. The rains were
reasonably good and the suamer was a remarkably mild one
so that there was little cause for irritation or complaint,

Joined His Majesty King Ibn Saul at the Shaikh of Bahrain's
