                                      My views regarding the three points rained by the

                                 Shaikh through Shaikh Abdullah urn *ie followsi-
                                 (1).  In asking for equal rights w.lth othor arub rulera
                                 tho Shaikh forgets the following points
                                   (a) that both he and his fathor .tore made Shaikhs by
                                     the British Government and I think it more than doubtful

                                     whether they would have retained their positions but
                                     for the support of tho British Government. It results
                                     that tho British Government is fr+v-hft responsible for
