                         United .States.  Tiio Item "Miscellaneous11 Includes products
                         such as butane, asphalt paint, pipe prli&ui*. knroaone extract,
                         etc. Crude running was approximately 1,8> higher than in 1949.
                                (g)  Refinery Construction.

                                Major new operating facilities completed end placed In
                         commission during the year included Research and Development Depart­
                         ment Barrel Storage building, Addition of o sixth 2oo-Korb Treater
                         at the tfater Treating Plant, concrete atorngo and loading plat­
                         form at the Aaphalt Plaat, and new high lift pump and pump house.
