which Europoan Poroignors arc parties.
Upon all tlioso mattors Government will bo addressed separately, and
tlioroforo thoro seoma no need for mo to record in dotail all that passed with

Aftor thus sponding 5 hours with tho Sheik and his sons, the Political
Agont aud I returned to Manama.
Tho Political Agont aud I noted with some surprise that Shoik Esa made
no request regarding tho return of Sheik Ali, nor did ho make tho slightest
allusion to this subject.
•In conclusion, I should montion that tho Political Agont on further
aoquaintanco with Sheik All’s houso considers it too awkward and unsanitary
for habitation by British Government Officials.
