Paul will take part in two sessions within the ucff programme on the main stage. The first session is based on the topic ‘Keeping it social’ this session will explore the good and the bad of social media, the do’s and don’ts of posting and tips for creating the perfect ‘Instagrammable’ dishes #Getinvolved #ucff2021 #designedbychefsforchefs. Paul will be accompanied on stage with Karen Fewell, Founder of Digital Blonde Marketing, Majella O’Connell, Owner Pavlova and Cream and Jacqui Brown, Creative Director of Naked Foodies. The other topic is based on ‘Local Heroes’ where Paul will be doing a talk and demo, featuring local producers, chefs and people making a difference in the industry from in and around Warwickshire. Always a firm favourite in the festival line -up.
  Mark trained at Runshaw College. He was most recently Executive Chef of 2 Michelin Star L’Enclume in Cumbria and won the Roux Scholarship, the premier competition for chefs in
the UK in 2011. He also worked at El Celler de Can Roca, Girona, a 3 Michelin StarRestaurant owned by the Roca Brothers, twice voted the World’s Best Restaurant. Mark’s menus showcase his own style of modern British cuisine, wherever possible using produce grown on the five -acre Moor
