General Rental Procedures

Any Owner who receives an offer to lease of his/her unit must submit to the Board of

Managers at the above address, a copy of the Lease, the board-approved Lease Rider
signed by all par es, and the No ce of Tenancy. Therea er, a Board Member designated

by the President shall arrange to interview the Tenant in order to make certain that the
Tenant is aware of all the rules and regula ons that apply to his/her occupancy. No Lease

shall become effec ve un l the President indicates his/her wri en approval a er the
interview. A $6,000.00 joint security deposit allocated as $3,000.00 to each party will be

required a er the tenants are approved. In addi on, a non-refundable processing fee in
the amount of $2,500.00 will be required.

If an Owner permits persons to occupy his/her Unit in viola on of the By-Laws, or without
submission of the signed Rider to Lease, No ce of Tenancy and joint security deposit, he or

she shall be deemed to be in viola on, and a fine in the amount of $500.00 per day will be
levied. Enclosed are copies of the forms of Rider and No ce of Tenancy for your use. Also

enclosed is a copy of the House Rules, acopy of which must be given to the Tenants.
