BAX ALLIANCE MEMBERS WEBSITE ACCESS
INSTRUCTIONS –MAY 12, 2021
BAX Fall Evening Get Together
Our website is (baxalliance.com ). Your user name is the rst letter of your rst name plus your entire last name (all lower case);
Bourbon St, Bayside -Sept 25, 2021 your password for now will be your email address.
There is a new button on top for Closed Business. This is the way closed business works:
On your home page you will see Referrals from You and Referrals To you . The HOME page just displays your referrals and stats.
If you click on the other buttons on the left i.e.; Referrals, Invites, Events, etc. you will see ALL Referrals, Invites, and Events.
If you see a referral to you from either another member or an outside referral with a person's name – and not yet closed, it will be
listed as OPEN. If you have completed the referral and have been paid, then you can click on the GOLD button to the left of the
referral id and enter the dollar amount of the closed business and any description. At this point, upon refreshing, the referral
status will indicate CLOSED.
You can also use the large button on top if you don't see the referral you want to enter closed business. When you click on the
button you will see a YES or NO (Yes for member or No for a Prior Member). If a member, select YES, scroll down, select the
member and in the referral box, select “Create Referral”.
This will create a “REVERSE REFERRAL” This occurs primarily with recurring business like with Ronit and Eileen if a member
forgets to enter the initial referral.
To simplify this process, I think that each person using a recurring service can remind the member to enter the recurring referral
to facilitate the member entering the closed business.
Also when you click on the closed business button; and you press the NO button, then you can enter the $ amount of closed
business from prior associates plus a description of your choice. This business will all be accumulated under “BAX” business in
our reports.
The Referral button is self-explanatory – you select the members name at the top “Referred to”: if an existing member you select
the type as self.
If you select “Outside” you will enter the contact name; email and phone number. Enter what you want in the description box.
The Yes button will generate an email notication. You will also be cc'd on this email.
The Invite button is also self-explanatory – You enter name, email and phone number and any Notes if you wish. The yes button
will generate an email to the visitor with an attached BAX Application form they can link to. You will also receive a cc for this
invite.
Once a visitor is entered in the system, you will see their name in the panel on the right called “Open Invites”….. If the visitor is
approved for membership, the person who invited the visitor will click on the invitee's name and select member in the status
button. At this point, the visitor will receive a welcome email and this will also be cc'd to the member invitor.
The Meet Up button is pretty simple too _ The type defaults to Meet-up; then you use the calendar to select the date ; you enter
the location (phone or ofce) ; and select all the participants. If you are meeting up with one person you select yourself and the
other member. You can choose to select as many members you want. The meetup will show up in the calendar.
If you click on the Events button on the left of your screen, the calendar will pull up and it will say “meetup” for that date and if
you click on it –you will see the details.
A new feature on the calendar is the “toggle calendar view” on the top left of the calendar month. If you click on that you will
see in a tabular form a list of all the meetups and the participants. So if one member enters a Meet Up with several participants,
there is no need to enter it again if your name appears there.
Reports are scheduled to be generated by the end of each MONTH which will list all referrals, invites, meetups, and closed
business by member.
