have previously served on this committee, including the previous chair and current co-chair, Archon Robert Holmes, ensuring continuity and experience.
I have held a virtual meeting with the Committee as a group to share the background of each of the members. During this meeting I also shared the vision, mission values, goals and expectations of Grand Sire Archon Murray to ensure we focus as one in alignment with the 49th administration.
The Committee is in the process of developing a Time and Action Plan that will guide our work lea- ding up to the 2023–24 biennium Grand Boulé Election of Officers. I am confident in the Committee’s ability to deliver a thorough and professional election process.
GROWTH AND EXPANSION

The Grand Growth and Expansion Committee (GGEC) is proud to serve under the leadership of Grand Sire Archon Dwayne M. Murray. We held one meeting during the 100-day period where we explored how to further our ability to get to know the best of one another by intentionally and methodically identifying ways we can grow our existing membership through retention, reclamation and inductions while strategically identifying locations to expand by setting apart new member boulés. This focus on growth and expansion requires a commitment to Boulé Quality as we strive to be elite without being elitist. Currently, we have 5,140 active and Emeriti Archons. Below is an overview of our current membership numbers as of July 19, 2020.
