 100 Day Report 100 Day Report
 has established Black Men Count, a statewide Complete Count Committee that will assist in a fair count of Black men across the state of Georgia. This effort was subsequently expanded to a national initiative in partnership with Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity. Please visit our website, BlackMenCount.org, for additional resources.
Together, Fair Count and the CiC will work to educate communities on the importance of the 2020 Census and to help recruit Black men for jobs as census enumerators. The initiative will also work to form Rapid Response teams that will be engaged during the Census Bureau’s Non-Response Follow-up Period to ensure that all Black men are counted.
ELECTIONS
Archon Donald C. Bland
The Grand Boulé Election Committee’s primary function and responsibility is to guide the biennial election process for the officers of the Grand Boulé. The procedures, forms and time line to accom- plish this responsibility are well documented for in person and virtual elections and are in alignment with Sigma Pi Phi’s Constitution and Bylaws.
The Grand Election Committee consists of the following Archons:
