 100 Day Report
100 Day Report
With the support of the GGEC members who include the Regional Sire Archons, Regional Sire Archons-Elects, Growth and Expansion Chairs from applicable regions and newly inducted Archons, such as Archon Leo T. M. Brown, who intends to focus on the experience of new Ar- chons, we look to build upon the success wit- nessed under Immediate Past Grand Sire Ar- chon Gregory J. Vincent when we set apart three member boulés and moved three more forward to be set apart this biennium. The GGEC presents the following goals to augment the previous successes.
•Develop protocols to safely allow inductions and the setting apart of new member boulés during the pandemic.
•Finalize the process used to set apart new member boulés that includes a standardized template to collect all pertinent data requi- red and establish a timeline for the various stages of the process to ensure consistency and quality.
• Develop a comprehensive set of best practi- ces that outline how to effectively establish, grow and maintain the vitality of a new mem- ber boulé.

• Develop best practices to promote high-quality indoctrinations and inductions of new Archons and setting apart of new member boulés that focuses on developing a sense of organizatio- nal culture and understanding that is consistent throughout the Fraternity.
• Identify strategies to adequately engage Archons to retain them as active members while also reengaging voluntary inactive Ar- chons to encourage them to become active again.
•Develop a robust communication plan that encourages Archons and member boulés to think about fraternal growth through induc- tions, retention and reclamation.
•Conduct an exhaustive study that explores membership trends and various measurable metrics while identifying potential ways to strategically grow the Fraternity in a metho- dical manner.
The GGEC looks forward to achieving the goals outlined for this biennium. Please contact us if you have questions related to our goals or su- ggestions of how to successfully achieve them.
