6. HEIGHTENED INVOLVEMENT WITH OUR PARTNERS:
Executive Committee leadership should be at- tentive to performance risks of external organi- zations who perform services on behalf of the Boulé. The full Executive Committee, as our governing body, is accountable for the oversight of delegated services.
7. THE BOULÉ FOUNDATION:
Investigate creative options to grow the corpus of the Foundation while creating opportunities for Archons, Archousai and others to understand the important role the Boulé Foundation plays in the success of the Boulé.
8. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:
The financial health of the Boulé must be con- tinuously monitored, with careful attention given to opportunities to improve revenue and reduce
expenses. Our fiscal affairs must be managed in a fashion that is consistent with good business practices and current economic trends.
9. OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT:
Enhance the operational effectiveness and effi- ciency of the Grand Office by modernizing skills of staff, processes and technology. Enable improved experiences across member service, conference planning, logistics, administration of member Boulé services and professional development seminars, and required annual education should be paramount.
10. MAINTAINING MEMBERSHIP:
Our selectivity coupled with attrition driven by our aging membership is the imperative for a purposeful and aggressive recruitment program to sustain membership and the financial health of the organization.
