An Easy Jog
  You  can  jog  at  an  easy  pace  for  a  few  minutes.  This
  loosens your muscles and helps your body to regenerate.




          Important Strength Exercises

         Pull-ups
        Saiyok: 4 to 5 sets × 20 repetitions
        Kem: 10 sets × 15 repetitions
         Push-ups
        Saiyok:  10  sets  ×  20  repetitions;  he  does  his
          push-ups  in  between  pad  and  punching  bag
          training.
        Kem: 1 set × 100 repetitions
         Sit-ups
        Saiyok: 3 sets × 100 repetitions
        Kem: 2 to 3 sets × 100 repetitions
         Neck pulls
        Many repeats; no specific requirements

    A–D: Pull-ups, push-ups, neck pulls, and sit-ups.
