  6. Nutrition

  Correct  nutrition  is  necessary  for  good  performance  in
  training and continuous improvement. There should be no
  de ciencies  in  your  eating,  because  you  will  not  be  able
  to build up muscle, will feel tired, and will be more prone
  to injury and infection.
    As  a  competitor  you  have  to  make  sure  that  you  don’t
  eat  more  than  your  body  requires,  because  that  will
  increase your body fat and you won’t be able to compete
