eyes. A powerful straight punch from the rear can also be
  delivered  to  the  stomach  and  the  solar  plexus.  An
  explosive execution of the punch is important.
   • From the  ght stance, step forward with your front foot
     and punch in a straight line to the target.
   •  Keep  your  elbow  down  for  as  long  as  possible.  The
     other fist remains above the jaw for protection.
   • Turn  your  hips  and  shoulder  and  shift  your  weight  to
     the front.
   • Your fist should be turned down shortly before impact.
   •  Subsequently,  your   st  returns  quickly  to  its  original
     position.
