  for  the  same  muscle  group  or  add  other  exercises.  For
  pre-and  post-stretching,  maintain  the  position  for  about
  ten seconds.

   1. Stretch your shoulder and arm muscles: Your hands
      move behind your back. One hand grabs from above
      and the other from below.
