Execution
  Pull your stretched legs toward your chest, thereby rolling
  the  exercise  ball  forward.  Your  buttocks  move  up  during
  the process. Brie y hold this position. Next, roll the ball
  back  into  the  starting  position  and  do  a  push-up.  Then
  repeat the exercise. Make sure that pulling in the legs and
  the  pushup  are  done  in  one   uid  motion  and  that  your
  back remains straight or slightly arched upward.

  Variants
  You  can  simplify  the  exercise  by  pulling  in  your  knees
  rather  than  your  extended  legs.  If  you  don’t  have  an
  exercise ball, you can rest your feet on a folded towel on
  an even surface to do the exercise.
