Execution
  Defend  against  a  knee  kick  by  blocking  it  with  a  push
  against the inside of the opponent’s thigh. In the process,
  make sure that your stance is stable, and keep your guard
  up. Next, return your foot to the  oor in front of you and
  continue with a rotating elbow from the front or rear.

  A–D: The  opponent  attacks  Kem  with  a  rear  knee  kick.  Kem
  blocks it with a knee to his thigh. He grabs his opponent’s front
  hand,  pushes  it  down,  and  opens  his  guard.  He  then  follows
  with an elbow to the unprotected side of his opponent’s head.
