Execution
  Block  the  kick  with  your  opposite  shinbone,  and  pay
  attention to maintaining a stable stance. Return your foot
  to the  oor. Next, you can follow up with a round kick or
  a straight punch from the rear. You can also pull in your
  opponent with your rear hand before you use a knee kick.
  As an alternative, you can also return your foot brie y to
  the floor before you deliver a kick with this leg.

  A–D: Kem  blocks  a  kick  and  returns  his  foot  to  the   oor  in
  front  of  him.  He  then  continues  with  a  round  kick  from  the
  rear.
