Execution
  De ect  the  straight  punch  to  the  outside  with  your
  opposite  hand.  Follow  up  with  an  uppercut  elbow  with
  your  other  arm.  Move  forward  in  the  process,  and  put
  your  weight  behind  it.  The  de ection  and  the  counter
  must be done in a swift and even sequence. An alternative
  is a counter with a knee kick from the rear.

  A–D:  Kem’s  opponent  (right)  attacks  with  a  rear  straight
  punch.  Kem  de ects  the  punch  down  and  to  the  outside.  He
  promptly follows with an uppercut elbow, for which he takes a
  small step forward.
