Defend against the knee kick by taking a step to the front
  while attacking your opponent with a front straight punch.
  Move  swiftly  and  stretch  your  arm.  You  will  stop  your
  opponent’s  technique  and  be  able  to  continue  with  an
  attacking technique, such as a low kick. In a competition,
  aim  the  punch  to  the  face;  in  training,  push  the  palm  of
  your hand slightly to your opponent’s chest.

  A–D: The  opponent  attacks  with  a  knee  kick.  Saiyok  defends
  himself with a front straight punch and follows with a low kick.
