  Get Comfortably Uncomfortable
Things you can do to increase comfort:
Reframe that it’s fine—even common—to feel uncomfortable. Exhale. Notice if you are holding your breath and let it go.
Release your shoulders and neck—anywhere you are holding tension that keeps your breath and voice from flowing out.
Ground yourself.
Think like an athlete and performer. Warm up your whole body (Voracious/Veracious-Tenacious-Wondrous-Love).
Turn your focus to what your audience needs to hear not what you want to say.
Trust your knowledge— you got this.
Write in your journal
In what situations do I feel comfortable? In what situations do I feel uncomfortable?
