Flying in
Extraordinary Places & Beautiful Landscapes
Cyprus
Probably the best way to view Cyprus
from above is in a motorised paraglider.
This is the lightest and slowest aircraft
in the world, consisting of a backpack
motor and a parachute-style wing that
enables the pilot to fly low and slow,
capturing photographs of previously
unseen places.
Cyprus is a land of contrasts, where
azure waters meet rugged mountains
and sandy beaches. Through the lens of
a motorised paraglider, these landscapes
unfold in spectacular fashion. The bird’s-
eye view reveals the intricate tapestry of
the island’s topography, transforming
the way one perceives and appreciates
its natural beauty.
Motorised paragliding in Cyprus is
more than just an adventure sport;
it is a unique lens through which to
experience and appreciate the beauty,
history and culture of the island.
It offers an intimate, eco-friendly,
and accessible way to explore and
understand this Mediterranean jewel,
promising an unforgettable experience.
George Steinmetz, the world-renowned
photographer who has produced several
books and whose images have been
published in the National Geographic
and in Time magazine writes: “Together,
these extraordinary places are like a
disparate family of co-evolved landscapes,
each similar, but uniquely beautiful”.
