Shape
• Rectangle - inserts a rectangle into the current document (Shift+R)
• Ellipse - inserts an ellipse into the current document (Shift+Ctrl+Alt+E)
• Line - inserts a Line SmartShape into the current document.
• Arrow - inserts an Arrow SmartShape into the current document.
• More Shapes... opens the Other Shapes section of the Online Content Catalog
• More Lines & Arrows... opens the Lines & Arrows section of the Online Content

Text Box
Inserts a text box into the current document.

Panels
• Text Panel - Inserts a simple Text Panel into the current document.
• Photo Text panel - Inserts a simple Photo Text panel into the current document
• Speech Bubble - Inserts a Speech Bubble into the current document
• More Text Panels... opens the Text Panels section of the Online Content Catalog
• More Photo Panels... opens the Photo Panels section of the Online Content Catalog
Symbol
Opens the Symbol (on page 203) picker.

Table
Insert a table from the Online Content Catalog into the current document.

Charts
Opens the Charts section of the Online Content Catalog

New Page
• New blank page - inserts a new blank page into the document after the current or
selected page.
• Duplicate page - inserts a duplicate page into the document after the current or
selected page.
• From Content Catalog - opens the Online Content Catalog
Lorem Ipsum Text

Inserts a block of dummy Lorem Ipsum text at the text carat position. Alternatively use
the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + L.

Break
Inserts a page break at the following positions.

• Move to next page (Ctrl+Enter)
• Move to next page (left)
