Dear Lost Lake Woods Neighbors, Friends, and Guests,
2018 did not break any great records as we thought it would. However, if the club can
improve in the areas needed and expand marketing across the state and beyond, we
should be able to maintain our community and attract new members.
The real estate market is stable and expected to remain strong in 2019 with a flatten-
ing or drop possible in 2020.
Retiring soon or looking to make Northeastern Michigan your full time residence?
2019 would be a great year to get homes sold in lower Michigan and still take ad-
vantage of the affordable homes available in Lost Lake Woods Club and the surround-
ing area.
We are dedicated to keeping you informed and would be happy to answer any
questions you, your friend, or a family member may have when it comes to real estate
