Lost Lake Woods, as we all know it, is a very special place. Whether it is our primary
home, a place that you visit once a year, every other weekend, or every chance you

get, it is a place where we go for our own sense of “Serendipity; meaning "fortunate

happenstance" or "pleasant surprise".

It was just a few years ago that we decided to make the club our retirement destination,
thus the interest in offering our professional services to our community and the entire

Northeastern region of Michigan. Although we feel we have expanded data sharing,

utilize enhanced technology, and internet marketing, we are often frustrated by the lack
of activity, thus the results our sellers are expecting.

Supply and demand is perhaps one of the most fundamental concepts of economics

and it is the backbone of a market economy, that means the Lost Lake Woods market

too. Although we so often hear people say that “we are the best kept secret ” and
“ we want to keep it that way ”, this philosophy impacts our future amenities, benefits,

and real estate values.
