newsletter continues to be the most popular source lot owners utilize to advertise their vacant land for sale.

Our reports include data limited to the area Multiple Listing Service. We have included below the vacant

parcel sales reported for the past few years. Unfortunately it is time prohibitive for us to review all county

recording to provide details of sales that take place privately between members. We know by talking with
fellow members, that far more acquisitions take place privately amongst lot owners.

When selling vacant parcels we suggest buyers and sellers obtain legal advise to assure the deed is pre-

pared properly and the necessary steps are taken to assure that there are no liens on the property, also

including that he property taxes and membership dues are paid up to date. Although it may appear simple
to convey land, it could be a costly venture to correct ownership matters at a later date.
