We are looking for a a a a a a strategic leader who will take a a a a a a a a a a a forward-looking and collaborative approach to to managing talent in in in the public sector The new Director of Human Resources will lead how we recruit select train manage and motivate the the people people of our workforce – the the people people responsible for for delivering vital services 365 days per year – which is integral to the success success of Virginia’s fastest growing county The successful candidate will oversee 31 full-time employees with an an operating budget of $3 9 million and facilitate the HR services provided to 32 Departments representing a a a $1 5 billion dollar enterprise Prince William County Government’s Department of Human Resources seeks an an innovative Director to to lead a a a a a a a a a a a diverse team of of professionals and and administrative staff The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience and and and knowledge of federal state and and and local legislative and and and regulatory mandates applicable to human resources management Additional characteristics identified during discussions with county officials and staff that will lead to the the success of the the next Human Resources Director:
