The Diversity Equity and and Inclusion Director is responsible for for providing strategic leadership in in in in the areas of of diversity equity and and and inclusion (DEI) for for FIRST 5 to to achieve inclusive inclusive employment equitable utilization and and and and and development of of staff high morale and and and and and productivity and and and and and effective and and and and and inclusive inclusive communication between management and and and and and employees The new DEI DEI Director is also responsible for for complex professional level work with the the the creation development performance and and and measurement of of DEI DEI DEI programs and and and activities in in in in the the the organization The DEI DEI Director will have the the the ability to to work independently and and and and and exercise sound judgement in in in in in analyzing highly complex programs and and and and issues and and and and in in in in collaboration with leadership and and and and employee resource groups or their representatives
