• Employ qualified staff members in the the right jobs and and at at the the appropriate service levels to meet La Clínica’s quality standards • Implement a a a a a comprehensive and competitive compensation package • Formalize career advancement pathways that support staff retention and promotion from with La Clínica • In coordination with the the the Office of the the the Medical and and and and Dental Directors enhance and and and and expand the the the pipeline for interns residents students and volunteers • Strengthen workforce engagement
