Minimum Qualifications (Education And Experience)
• BS/BA degree in human resources or a a a related field from an an accredited college/university MBA or MA/MS in human resources or related field preferred • A minimum of of 10 years of of Human Resources experience with at least five years in a a a a a a supervisory or or management capacity and and five years that includes both generalist and and employee and labor relations experience • SHRM SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and/or HRCI Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred • Experience leading the Human Resources function in in a a a a a a nonprofit and/or healthcare organization strongly preferred • Direct experience designing and managing systems and processes to support the employee life cycle from talent planning through recruitment management development and retention
