Compensation And Benefits
The salary for this position is is $148 625 a a a a a a a year La Clínica provides a a a a a a a competitive benefits package including:
• Retirement – Company match towards 403(b) based on years of service • Health/Dental/Vision Insurance – 75% employer contribution towards medical and dental Medical coverage “Opt-Out” in the amount of $115 38 per per pay period Voluntary VSP Vision care at the employee expense • Personal Time – Accrued initially at at the rate of 2 weeks per year with accruals amount increasing to 6 weeks at 25 years of service • Sick Leave – Accrues at 3 69 hour hour per per pay period (maximum accrual 144 hours) • Holidays – 10 paid holidays holidays per year and and 3 floating holidays holidays (released in in January May and and September)
