Any combination of education and and experience that has provided the knowledge skills and and abilities necessary for a a a a a a a Director of of Human Resources A typical way of of obtaining the the required qualifications is to to possess the the equivalent of of six years years of of increasingly responsible experience in in in in in Human Resources including at least three years years as a a a a a a a a a supervisor and a a a a a a a a a bachelor’s degree in in in human resources business public administration or or or related field Experience
with public safety and labor relations is highly desirable
