to the the success of the the Health and and Human Services Department Strong communication and and interpersonal skills are paramount Those who have have effectively led change and and have have an an an an understanding of Oregon’s shifting healthcare landscape under HB 3100 and and the the expansion of the the Oregon Health Plan will be well-placed for success The most qualified candidates will demonstrate their ability to lead a a a a a a a a a highly talented and and cohesive professional and and and administrative staff and and and manage a a a a a a a a a a a a a a large complex and and and challenging agency This individual will be expected to to work well with both internal and external stakeholders to to establish positive partnerships and continue the the work laid out in in the the department’s 2018 – 2023 Strategic Plan
