The "Nag" and
The "Scala wag"
There once lived a young wag who used to brag how happy he was stag.
However there came a snag: he got "hooked" by Mag. Shortly thereafter,
he says, all she did was nag and call him a good-for-nothing
“scalawag."
He pro•tes•ted, "I don't like this un•be•fit•ting tag. But for SURE -
YOU'RE an old hag, and you've made my life a mis•er•a•ble drag."
"You silly wag !" she replied. "You make me gag. Right from the start you
made our marriage flag !"
Story 9
The Exam
Tomorrow Pam and Sam will take an exam far off in Amsterdam. They will board a
noisy wham, bam, slam tram, on whose tracks they'll cross a dam.
They'll eat candied yams, crackers graham, and
sandwiches of jam, ham, Spam, and lamb - as they cram
for their final spelling exam.
