Are there any other courses available for this age group?
Yes! For Junior School students there are many course options available, depending on age and ability. If the
student feels they would like to remain on our Introductory courses, they can do so until they are 21 years of age.

If the student has a keen interest in doing more acting, singing and dance, they can progress onto the three hour
Mainstream Academy. There are also five hour & six hour advanced courses within the Acting & Performance
Academy or the Musical Theatre Academy. Again, these courses depend on age and ability.

Students can also attend our RAD Ballet classes alongside their other course(s). To receive brochures with more

How do I join?
All of our students have come through a successful audition or an assessment workshop. Although our
Introductory courses are geared at beginners, our audition/assessment process allows us to gauge ability and
suitability for working within our performing arts classes. For Junior Rhythm & Move and Junior Sing & Act
Courses, there is a trial workshop where children are assessed for suitability. For all other courses, there are open
day auditions as well as private auditions/assessments available.

How much do the Introductory Courses cost?
UKTheatreSchool course payments are detailed throughout this Prospectus next to each relevant course. Each
payment is paid annually or spread over 12 equal monthly payments (by arrangement). All course fees are in
place to sustain the course as well as going towards helping disadvantaged, talented young people get involved
in performing arts. There are full and part-scholarships available on all courses (dependant on means test
applications).
