Dark Web & Cryptocurrency (Darknet Investigations)

This training will highlight how the HSI Victim Identification Program (VIP)
utilizes cutting edge technological capabilities combined with traditional
investigative techniques to identify and rescue victims of online sexual
exploitation and to identify and apprehend the offenders committing these
heinous crimes. Additionally, the training will expose investigators and
analysts to the most current tools and techniques utilized in victim
identification, with a unique opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills
acquired on active and unsolved cases. All participants must have attended
ACEITC and should have familiarity and access to the following programs
and tools: Griffeye Analyze DI, Hubstream, ICACCOPS, NCMEC LESP,
Adobe, and Solis.
