Access to Materials
Total items checked out in 20-21 decreased by 83.2% from the previous year.
This is due entirely to the changes brought by COVID-19. During the
academic year, the library stopped loaning out room keys and Mac chargers,
which previously accounted for much of the library's checkouts. This
combined with a limited student population on campus resulted in the
unsurprising decrease of checkouts for the year. Luckily, users have access to
hundreds of thousands of digital journals and eBooks from home.
