Under the administrative direction of the Board of County Commissioners, this position is responsible for the management and operation of the County Appraiser's office to ensure that property values are fairly and accurately established, reviewed, updated, and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the Property Valuation Division and applicable State statutes.
