      Nursing at Michigan now provides care in more communities than at any time in history.

      The nursing workforce in FY 23 has expanded through a combination of recruitment initiatives. We focused
      on attracting outstanding nurses to become part of our team, paired with retention strategies designed to
      recognize and advance the nurses already on our staff.
