1. Why you think safety first?
It is deal for me, as executive to believe that having No accident is the first & top priority . safe means not
being at risk, not the absence of accident. Achieving zero Injury or incident outcome is possible but
Removing all Risks from an industrial setting is Not

2. What all are the important factors for a safe operation/ Safe Site
· Use of all PPE by everyone working at site.
· Following all safety norms at site.
· Work with approved work method statements.
· Motivating for follow of safe work culture.
· Regular work observation.
· Use of all T & P with valid TPI and colour codes.
· Routine inspection of all PPE and T& P

3. How are the important system by MPW to ensure safety in the site
We have implemented all imp factors as mentioned at Rihand site as listed above in question , which
helps us continuously for improving & ensuring safety at site .as QMS person , we should be applied
PDCA cycle ( plan – Do- Check- act) for continual improvement in safety at site .

4. How you feel when you rewarded as the HSE champion?
The main role of the myself as HSE Champion ,is to assist management in the implementation of the
cultural change programme .their key role is to ensure is effective communications between management
and the operating teams ,and to build trust and encourage involvement from everyone .

5. How to prevent injuries?
· Use of all PPE by everyone working at site.
• Employers should educate employees on all workplace safety standards and the hazards that they may face
while on the job.
• Workers need to review the health safety policies for each job they are called to do, the written safety policy
should include procedure & the name and the location of a trained first aid.
• Keep the workspace clean.
• Maintain the equipment and tools.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and report any dangers working condition.
• Recognize the hazards and make plane / RCA/ CAPA.

6. What do you feel about reporting an unsafe act / behaviour, is t right or wrong?
· For taking immediate corrective action on happened incidents.
· investigating incidences is very important for knowing root cause of incidents and to avoid repeat such
incident in feature.
