Member Maniac Week
Each year we celebrate our Member Focused company value by conducting Member
Maniac Week – a week where we attempt to contact every Member of the Apple
and Pancake Supply Chain Co-ops to find out how we can improve and add greater
value. The invaluable feedback we receive in this effort is used in strategic planning
to allow us to better serve our Members. 2019 was our eighth year of MMW, and we
were able to connect with 204 Members with an average overall satisfaction of 4.77
on of a 5 point scale.
Our Members are our greatest asset in improving our business and taking the time
to talk with each and every one we can reach is invaluable to our future success. We
take this week to heart here in our organization and we use the feedback to address
concerns, assess new offerings, and further build relationships in our pursuit of
creating an unmatched advantage for EVERY Member EVERY Day.
