Acceptance of Reality

          converts grass into milk, you have to convert negative
          thought into positive thought. This is the highest form
          of spirituality.
             Most men and women are battling stress. They ask
          what is the way to de-stress themselves. I would suggest
          that they learn a lesson from the cow. They should adopt
          the cow habit in their affairs and they will be able to de-
          stress themselves quite successfully. The cow represents
          an elevated form of lifestyle. Adopt this lifestyle, and
          you will be able to enjoy a tension-free life.



                    Acceptance of Reality







          You have to make an objective estimate of your strength and
                   then attempt to adjust to the laws of nature.



            was once asked: “What is the simple formula for stress-
          I  free  living?”  I replied,  “It  is  a three-word formula:
          Acceptance of reality.” Accept the reality, and you are
          bound to enjoy a life that is stress and tension free.
             What  are stress and  tension?  Stress is  a feeling of
          excessive demands being made on one’s physical and
          mental energy and tension is a feeling of mental strain.
          Why are  people  afflicted  by these evils? Perhaps, in
          most cases,  it is because  they want  to live  their lives
          according to their own way of thinking, without taking
          into  account the existence  of  the external  world. Its
