Employee Contributions
Your contributions towards the cost of benefits are automatically deducted from your paycheck on a
pre-tax basis. Please see HR/Payroll for bi-weekly deduction rates (24 pay periods). The amount will
depend on the plan you select and if you choose to cover eligible family members.
• Review your current benefits coverage and whom you cover
• Discuss your benefits needs with your family & decide which plans you want for 2021 – 22
• Ensure Dependent & Personal Information is accurate- Update information if needed
• Update and designate a Beneficiary for Life Insurance
