When asked what seafood sustainability issues are "top of mind" or

          keeping them awake at night, respondents shared the following:




          •    Plant based proteins taking market share from seafood products
          •    Climate change and ocean conditions causing unprecedented stock

               migration (e.g., away from Tribal areas)

          •    Supply chain delays and disruptions caused by global bio-psycho-socio-

               economic upheavals
          •    The impact of inflation on the seafood industry (i.e., from source to plate)

          •    Seafood buyers not living up to their published sustainability

               requirements/claims in their actual buying practices
          •    Overpromising to customers and not being able to deliver

          •    Consumers becoming overwhelmed and disillusioned about sustainability

          •    Media sensationalizing seafood news rather than providing unbiased
               information to the public

          •    Unreasonable demands and opposition from environmental NGOs
