               gun violence, political turmoil, social unrest, and economic downturn)
          •    Consumer misconceptions about farm-raised seafood negatively impacting

               sales

          •    Ensuring social compliance and ethical labor practices across all parts of
               the supply chain

          •    High cost of participating in multiple certification schemes

          •    Succession planning (i.e., identifying the next generation of leaders in this

               space)
          •    Imported seafood that is cheap, poor quality, and unsustainable (i.e.,

               from countries that are not socially and environmentally responsible)

          •    We “sleep well at night” because we work closely with our suppliers and

               certifiers to ensure the sustainability of our seafood offering
